I can sleep through moderate noise but louds noises and lights wake me up >_< Surely you would need an alarm if you were a heavy sleeper in order to wake you up?

I'm a heavy sleeper in as much that noise doesn't wake me up but I always wake up at the same time every morning :awesome:

If I want to wake up earlier than normal then yeah, I'll use an alarm clock, but that doesn't happen very often at all, maybe once or twice a year, if that...

If I want a lie in (which is also rare) I wake up at the normal time and then just go to sleep again :yy:
