Knackered now

First time in the pool in a month... felt like I was having a heart attack regularly. Not helped by benching for the first time in 2 months yesterday!

Yeah no. Too fatigued and feels very strange as I've never done it before

Ya lol and I get the same problem when I try to do OHP after incline...

Incline is also an annoying lift that likes to deceive you about how much strength you have. Rep 5 = easy; rep 6 = failed. Why u do this.

Gf tested squat maxes today if anyone interested, in her second training session of the day, having run to the gym for this second lifting session; she squatted 90kg to well below parallel and 95kg to iffy parallel

Bench was 55kg for 3, but regressed to 50 for 3

Been having shoulder pain last week so took it easy

Pull ups
1 x 6

One arm lat pulldown
50lbs 4 x 8

DB bench
12.5kg DBs 1 x 6
22.5kgs 1 x 5
30kgs 1 x 5

Shoulder was having none of it, so did no more

A LOT of coaching

Then deadlift
50kg 1 x 5
90kg 1 x 5
110kg 1 x 8

Das it

Reverse fly's
7.5kg DBs 1 x 9

Decided as I'm helping (free of course) so many I might as well do some training.
Gonna work 8-12 as powerlifting as much as I love it, it won't aid my joints ATM.
