Training at the gym I do at home puts me in a different persepctive. Being surrounded by monoliths is somewhat inspiring + they go balls to the wall, so I feel I should to. Tbh I spend 30-40 mins on the more strength stuff then rattle through the hypertrophy ; no hanging around. Think it's the way I'm gonna go for now; increase reps/ weight every session on the strength stuff and see where it takes me. All kindza gains are comin'

Cheers  As I mentioned in your blog and as you can see above; do the big movements first then you can bash out the accessories

Dunno what you're supposed to do on it but I can usually get my abs to burn by flopping around on it for a bit haha. Nice leg press pb, has it ever hurt your knees? I can't seem to do leg press without pain

Only way I can get the machine to work is if I engage lats like hell lol.

Probs not a leg press PB (I've been a lot stronger before) but major gains being had  Never had knee pain, can't help there. I go all the way knees to chest with squat style width. Dunno past that.

Means almost nothing. Different machines can feel so much more different than makes sense. Current gym I did 220 3x5 the other day, felt heavy. PB at old gym was 320x5
Decided to go for a steady bike ride. First half was steady, second was madness

18.4miles 1hour 6 mins

Dead

If anyones on strava https://www.strava.com/activities/288521763/analysis
Being bullied by IOE into posting some more challenging goals than I had in my head

9 week term - however next week is exams so we'll go with 8

Bench - 115kg
OHP - 70kg
Deadlift - 180kg

Rest of lifts - either cba or wait and see. Aiming to hold body weight 80-81kg

LETS DO THIS

Starting with deadlifts tomorrow; after 4.5hours of exams........

Exams are ****, I have 6 this week, I feel you bro. :frown:

How do you find fitting in the cycling with lifting? I feel like I've neglected my bike the past 3/4 months and need to get out and reacquire those cardio gains.
