1. It depends on how sexually experienced the guy is. A newbie isn't going to last very long if he is sexually attracted to his partner.
As he gains more experience he'll last a longer period of time. I think normal is 5-7 mins.(thus the importance of foreplay) but I guess some guys go a lot longer.

1. The average is very short, less than 5 minutes. If you want to talk about the ideal numbers, well if you're having sex with women and want them to reach orgasm you maybe wanna go at least 10-15.

2. There's no "ideal" number for this one, and idk what the average is either. Doesn't really matter at all, go for as long as you want to go, but if you feel you're unable to last very long in this department then you won't last long at all when you're actually having sex.

I expect the hour will include foreplay, perhaps several goes with breaks in between, different acts etc. A continuous hour of just sex without the occasional break, change of scenery and so on would be way out on the edge of 'normal'. I'd be surprised if even a porn actor could manage that.

In my experience around ten to fifteen minutes is fairly normal, excluding foreplay. Has been a lot more (over an hour) or a lot less at various times. It's not so much about how long you spend as how efficient that time is. If you and your partner can both be satisfied in under five minutes then that's fine,not so much if one of you is ready for bed after five minutes and the other has only just got going. Having said that I find longer sessions to be more fun and much more of a bonding experience.

If porn is any indicator, the average for a guy is 20 mins to an hour, non stop.

Lol, probably about 2-3 minutes is fine. I'd estimate that's about what I am but I've never bothered timing it. It's not like it matters anyway - no matter how quick you cum, you still had fun right? You still got to blow your load? Don't worry about whether the girl enjoys herself or not, it's largely irrelevant and most girls can't orgasm from vaginal sex anyway.
