No he is not "waaaaay out of her league" he is actually attractive. Most relationships are formed on more than outer beauty and she's not as attractive as you're making her out to be.
This guy is nowhere near as hot as her, either he's filthy rich which I doubt because he works as a cable fixer or he's just really lucky, she can do much better than him.
