Pendlays Up to 85kg 3 x 8 I hurt my accessory carpal bone dancing in a dress and wellies (photos on fb for those who have me) makes pulling movements uncomfortable

Hi lifting mod help me please. Joined a gym today. Want to get ripped by lifting. One problem no clue what to acutally do in the gym. I've looked online for routines but they just make no sence to me. Any ideas on how to start??

Trap bar deads Up to 175kg 1 x 3 DAS IT MANE Got told off for not controlling the negative when warming up so had to control the negative, which made this suck even more than it should have done it. Feels when I'm strong enough to get complaints. My uni are pathetic
