Did 2 hours of frisbee training, some running around, some standing

Knee a bit sore today

Trap bar deads
Up to 165kg 1 x 5
Fine difficulty wise, however kept rocking forwards which is bizarre, happens occasionally in normal deads too. I think it's lumbar tightness

1 x 8 PB

DB row
Up to 42.5kg DB 2 x 7
Easy enough

45 mins in and out

Hi lifting mod help me please. Joined a gym today. Want to get ripped by lifting. One problem no clue what to acutally do in the gym. I've looked online for routines but they just make no sence to me. Any ideas on how to start??

Because I was lazy on the first set. I went for 8 then AMRAP. Will press today so no loss of volume.

Seated

AC - could you explain trap bar deads to me please? What is the benefit, personally and generally?

More quad, less lower back. Started doing them post lower back injury from bicycle crash

However for most people I'd still get them to deadlift, as I can't squat it addresses the lack of quad work a bit more
