How are you rowing? Pendlay style, or the standard 45°? Would love to be rowing 2 plates+

105 when I tested in June, I wrecked my shoulder going for 110 lol I think this was my 5th time doing CGBP since I started doing it again and its much more than I ever benched
Row is 45degrees 2 plates on each side makes me physically aroused tbh
yea but where did those gains come from haha? your progress over the last few months just seems to have been generally really good and i'm wondering if you can pinpoint the reason why e.g. diet overhaul, different programming, less stress etc.
** Deadlift ** - 70.0 kgs x 5 reps - 80.0 kgs x 5 reps - 100.0 kgs x 5 reps - 110.0 kgs x 5 reps - 130.0 kgs x 3 reps - 140.0 kgs x 2 reps - 150.0 kgs x 8 reps PB lolz. Had another couple bit cba - 160.0 kgs x 2 reps - 170.0 kgs x 1 rep
** Overhead Press ** - 60.0 kgs x 8 reps PB - 70.0 kgs x 1 rep - 60.0 kgs x 9 reps PB Should have gone for 10 off the first set but was lazy. Nearly died doing the second lot of 60
** Pull Up ** - 88.5 kgs x 5 reps - 88.5 kgs x 5 reps

Probably my last session for a while, I hate training with a bad knee. I loathe it in fact. GP this morning didn't want to know, her clinical exam was appalling, her knowledge on knee anatomy was even worse. Terrible. Wouldn't help, didn't want to refer to physio or anybody else. Told me to see if I can get my annual check with rheumatoid consultant forward, despite my knee being an acute injury and getting worse (knee has started locking) yet wouldn't write a letter to him. Tried contacting consultant will see how it goes.
End of an awesome 9ish months training. Feel ****e
