I can't comment on every aspect, but from what I've seen on rankings, this is the how they are ranked when it comes to an English major:

Nationally: Manchester > KCL > Edinburgh
Globally: Edinburgh > KCL > Manchester

I think you should also take into account your preferences for the course content, the tuition fees, and the location of the universities.
I will try to answer your question according to your way by answering each sub-questions supported by proper facts and statistics.
1. tutors, lecturers, course content : I have clubbed these similar things in one! So in this category: Its Edinburgh which is having the highest citation/research rate/course quality study followed by King's College London and finally Manchester. Although, there is a very hairline difference between all three. link here https://www.timeshighereducation.com/student/best-universities/best-universities-uk
2. Connections: Connections can be termed as the recruiter relationship with the Univ or Employment ratings. Here Manchester tops the three with more connections than rest of two followed by Edinburgh Univ and then King's. Again I am saying that all three are top colleges, King's is having a very good employer or alumni ratings but is last among three. Link here https://www.topuniversities.com/university-rankings/employability-rankings/2019
3. Services: Services can also be termed as facilities spent per student. The more the grants or money spent the better is the service of the Univ. Here , Edinburgh tops the list followed by Manchester and then King's College London is issuing lesser grants on it's students link here https://www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk/league-tables/compare?i=1227&i=1268&i=1287

5.prestigious for Engineering : University of Manchester is full Europe famous for engineering and is considered next to UK's Imperial College. I can give facts also to prove my point . link here - https://www.topuniversities.com/universities/university-manchester#wurs search each of the three in University Highlights: General Engineering and Technology section: it's always University of Manchester > Edinburgh> King's.

6. Diversity : This may refer to percentage of International students arriving or studying there. Although data can be as late as 2017 but an idea can be framed that University of Manchester is rich in international students followed by Edinburgh and then last is King's College London. This may give an idea or International reputation also . See here https://www.ukcisa.org.uk/Research--Policy/Statistics/International-student-statistics-UK-higher-education

Hope my hard efforts satisfy your question (subquestions).

Whoaahhhhh!!!! What an answer!!! Seems like you put all the data on the internet in this answer. Kudos to you girl!! Just politely disagreeing on your last line "This may give an idea or International reputation also." International diversity may not be directly related to international reputation. It can also be that Manchester acceptance rates are more than Edinburgh, hence more international students at the campus.
.
I dont have statistics to support this but Manchester may be reputed in engineering sciences but the overall University of Edinburgh is much more reputed and is counted in the league of reputed universities like Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, University College London and St. Andrews.
KCL is not that reputed and always comes in groups of Bristol, Manchester Durham etc .

In the end I would again say "Didnot read any detailed and worthy answer on this forum till now."
