Is it ok to send them as a one off kind of thing- where the receiving person doesn’t know my name, address, or facial appearance whatsoever. Obviously without any key identifying features...

How old are you? If you're under 18 you're distributing child pornography, even if it is of you.
If you're over 18 then tbh it's up to you what you do, but you have to be very very very careful and certain that you cannot be identified. I stupidly did this a lot when I was younger (like, too young I mean) but I'd include my face and everything, which is just stupid.

You never know what could happen to it. If they're just someone with no significance then what's the point? - 2 minutes of satisfaction that they managed to get yet another nude from a stranger.
