Perhaps you could compare the repetition of 'sunlight' in Emigree to the repetition of 'chartered' in London. The speaker in Emigree longs to return to the city she can barely remember whereas the persona Blake creates for London is aware of the terrible things that happen. The Emigree speaker idolizes her city (at least for the first stanza) whereas Blake's persona refers to all the corruption taking place within London.

'white streets of that city'/'white plane' compare to 'blackening church'/'midnight streets'
