The thing is, it's not unknown for unis and/or workplaces to use "informal meetings" to pressure people into agreeing to a version of events or and outcome. I'm not saying this is the case here, but as a student or employee, you should always assume that the uni will look out for itself first.
Yep agree with this somewhere I worked once used this as an excuse to give me a verbal warning. So yeah having your student rep will help.
OP hasn't been online for 5 days, so my guess is it either went badly and he doesn't want to tell, or it went well and he has forgotten he made this thread and is out celebrating. Either way, I doubt we will get any closure.
