Work colleague invites me over to her place...but confused.

Sounds like when you'd just have a friend over

Long story short. A girl has recently started work for about 3 months now.

This girl does get on with me, and I must admit I fancy her.

At work she is playful sometimes (play fighting, etc), and other times she tends to ignore me.

Last night after work she invited me over to her place for a cup of tea. Being the gentleman that I am I accepted.

When we got to her place, she was doing things that I wouldnt expect her to do when people are around. e.g:

she started spraying a muscle ache spray on her arms, this was slightly awkward for me as I was just staring for about a minute.

then she rang 2 different friends of hers and had about 5 minute conversations with each.

once she made the tea, she was fine and we had a 20-30 minute chat about life, etc.

I really dont know where I stand with this girl to be honest.

How should I approach her, and does this girl like me or what?
