When do I do my IELTS?!?!

Guys, I want to apply through UCAS for a place in a Biomedical sciences course starting in 2012, but I'm not sure when I have to have my IELTS done. I plan to sit for the exam on the 7th of January and the results will come out on the 20th, which is 5 days past the January 15th deadline, IS THIS OK?!? Please help!

I did but I haven't gotten a response yet. It has been 2 weeks and the registration deadline is nearing!

It's usually fine to send the IELTS results after the deadline. However, you MUST mention that you'll get your results later in the education section. All the universities where I'm applying are willing to wait almost until the start of the school year. E.g. ICL's deadline for IELTS is 25th July. That's over a half of a year after the UCAS deadline.

Each uni should have their deadlines for IELTS on their websites. If it's not there, contact them(That's what I did).
