I'm really struggling. I'm doing an essay on the poem 'Having a Coke With You' by Frank O'Hara and aesthetic literary theory, but I'm having trouble even starting my essay let alone thinking of anything to write about.

I chose this poem because its really beautiful to me, and I don't want to change texts, but I feel like anything I pick my teacher will criticise and then he'll suggest I pick a classic or something like that.

I'd just like some guidance about what I can apply from aesthetic literary theory to the poem. The Critical Anthology hasn't really been much help at all. Can someone please please help me? :confused:
