Any Help Please? Maintenance Grant

Ok, so when I log in to Student Finance where the payment breakdown is, it only comes up with the Maintenance Loan with no sign of the Maintenance Grant. I know I'm definitely entitled to this, I've sent off all evidence and even phoned them to make sure they have received it all. I was just wondering is the Grant supposed to be displayed on the breakdown page or will I automatically receive it in Sep? Thanks in advance.

So it is supposed to be displayed on the breakdown? I've had so much trouble with SF this year it's ridiculous, this has been ongoing since March. I'll just have to be persistent and keep pestering them. Thanks for your reply.

I have indeed. Sent all the written applications off about 2 months ago now.

They are (last I heard anyway) 6 weeks behind on processing applications.

I'm having the same issue, I've sent of all of the forms about a month ago but it still hasn't been updated on my online application so i have no idea how much money ill actually have to live on which isn't good as I'm now applying for accomadation :/
