So I thought I'd create this post so it creates a sort of checklist for people going to university this year.
Just simply comment below one thing you think is ESSENTIAL to take with you to university. Let's try not to get duplicate answers :P

Basic first aid kit with plasters, antiseptic wipes, aspirin/paracetamol/ibuprofen (depending on tolerance/allergies etc). So many people don't think about these until:
a) they fall over and scratch up their knees/hands etc.
b) they get Freshers' Flu, the time you feel least like dragging yourself down to the shops (even the campus shop 30 feet away) to get something.
Trust me, it's a lifesaver.
