Anyone else having problems with Sheffield online application form?

Hi

I have been trying to upload my documentary evidence on the University of Sheffield's online application form for the last couple of days, but it keeps failing. Anyone else experience this?

My degree certificate is in .jpg format and is only about 250K but my academic transcript is 4 pages long. Now the application form states that if your transcript is more than one page to copy the images into MS Word or ODF and upload this. However it goes on to state that valid file formats are:

.jpg, .png, .gif and .pdf

Now a Word document is in .doc(x) format so which format should it be in?

The original transcript is a PDF file of 1.34MB but the Word version is 6.54MB!!!

Interestingly I have successfully uploaded a .jpg file on a different page on the same appliaction form!

Any help appreciated.
