Hey,

As said by the person in the comment before, it is a very personal decision for you.
I would spend a bit of time having a look at the city (in person if you can or just online if not) and looking at the University too, they are quite different cities and places so it would be useful to get a feel for which one you prefer.
Another good way to decide would be to talk to people who are currently on the course, Sheffield has a chat platform where you can chat to current students - https://www.sheffield.ac.uk/study/chat - (Newcastle probably has a similar platform so you can talk to students from both!
