Question a part i

The mark scheme says the ppc will buldge outwards similar to economic growth but how is this possible as there are only 24 hours in a day so the BBC can not just provide more programmes.

Surely we should move the output dot closer to the ppc as more shows will be made moving output closer to maximum.
