Financial Information no longer required

Why when I log onto my account to provide the necessary evidence to support my son's application, does it say "Financial Information no longer required", when on my son's account it says that I have not yet completed my part (which I haven't but now can't!)?

My wife has completed hers but she also gets the same message of financial information no longer required!

Is this help still available? My mam tried to do the same but it has the same message although on my to do list it says incomplete still
