We have finished our AS levels, some A2 students are applying for deferred entry. So, seeing how exams went, I believe we must have a pretty accurate idea of what we want to study, and where?
Simply list where and what you want to study and that's it!
I'll start off myself.
Computer Science (might go for Software Engineering but we'll see about that)
at:
Nottingham
Queen Mary's
King's College
UCL
Cambridge/Oxford (still undecided, however, Oxford seems to be more lenient towards applicants without FM, as it's not offered in my school and I'm just self-teaching at As)

I'm looking to do CompSci too!

Edinburgh
St Andrews
Manchester
Newcastle
King's College

Chemistry with a Year in Industry:
Sheffield
York
Hull
Cambridge/Oxford (depends on my grades and clearly without the year in industry)
Leeds/Manchester

Bear in mind that there would be much less focus on chemistry if you apply for NatSci at Cambridge. Might be a pro, might be con. If it depends on your grades, I imagine you're favouring Cambridge.

Also, if you're a potential Oxbridge applicant, you're not going to need an insurance. Not for chemistry - it isn't very popular. So I'd ditch Hull and keep Leeds and Manchester.
I'm hoping to study Anthropology.

Top choices:

St Andrews
Manchester
LSE
Durham
Edinburgh
Economics & Management
Loughborough
Leicester

Economics and Development studies
Manchester

fall backs are : Portsmouth & Notts Trent for Economics and management
Bath, Lancaster, York, Exeter - Politics and Economics
RHUL - Economics, Politics and International Relations
UCL - BASc Arts and Sciences

Still going to see other places like Manchester and Leeds as I hear so much about them, and I might find I even like the idea of big cities.
Medicine

Applying to 4 of the following (depends on AS grades and UKCAT)
Keele
Cardiff
Exeter
Plymouth
Leicester
Liverpool

I'm also looking at doing CompSci too! The problem is that I'm trying to think of and complete an "extended" project to give me a better chance of earning an offer and it is something I can put on my Personal Statement!

I'm looking at:
Bath
York
Glasgow/Exeter
Newcastle
Birmingham

Good Luck and how did you think your AS levels went?

I'm not entirely sure of how they went. I'm thinking they were alright, but we'll have to see. How about you?

Yea I'm similar, all the maths papers were harder than previous years but not crazy hard and the physics ones were quite nice papers apart from the EMPA paper, biology was meh and computing was alright, pretty decent overall!

That being said, definitely not looking forward to results!! Need 3 As to get into Bath!
