Sport and exercise science work experience

What type of work experience can you do before applying for a sport and exercise science course at uni? would it be coaching/teaching, treating injury,etc?

I would guess anything to do with sport or exercise!? Coaching a kids football team, doing some personal trainer qualifications, attendance of courses and seminars in the field, running the London Marathon!?

To be honest Lewis, I would avoid this profession. Try something like rehab or physiotherapy on the nhs. A lot more stable choices.
