Help with a boy.. no chemistry.. advice ?

I am seeing a nice man who is good looking, he has a lovely personality and a decent job. He takes me out, always pays and is extremely well mannered and polite. My parents love him however we just don't have any chemistry. He texts me after dates thanking me for a great evening and I do enjoy his company but as boyfriends would go I just can't see myself being with him. I have given him so many chances to see if he was just shy at first but I feel guilty now as I'm starting to lead him on. Why is it that this perfect guy just doesn't do it for me. I wish he would. Has anyone else had this happen to them? :frown:
