Food Science A-Level would be good.

And if drama/ theatre/ media studies can pass as a-levels then surely video game studies could also...
Religion. In my 'religious studies' a-level it was philosophy and ethics that only looked at Christianity, it may as well of been called Christian studies and philosophy. It'd be great to actually learn about different religions as religion is so prevalent in current affairs
