If it was your wife/long term partner, who you watched carry your child, and you went through the pregnancy with her, watched her body change and grow as it housed your beautiful baby, and at the end of it she had stretch marks, then one would hope that most committed loving men would, indeed, continue to have sex with their now-stretchmarked other-half.
