When does the track system become operational?

^^Is this after we recieve a letter acknowledging our applications with a code or something?

You'll get a letter with your UCAS number on, and last year you used the same username and password as the ones for Apply. It may take a while for your application to be processed though

It wont be for a few weeks yet (I think mid october? maybe later)

you'll get a letter as soon as it is (if youve sent your app off)
