You need to cut down man, it's not doing you any good. I haven't gone since last Wednesday, why not try abstaining for a bit. Why don't you find a girl instead of flapping all the time.

If the former, I would suggest you to spend more time out. The less you are at home (and perhaps bored), the less you would do that.
