Pretty round, but I'm pretty slim. It's so unfortunate that you can't spot reduce fat because I'd love to slim down my face, but I fear that I won't be happy with my face until the rest of my body is dangerously underweight. My neck is also 18 inches wide which makes buying smart shirts extremely difficult.
