is there any joint master degree in journalism and another subject in the uk ?

I'm from France and I'm going to be a 3rd year undergraduate student. I plan on moving to the UK next year to do my master degree and then work there and not return to France lol. I'm going to apply to universities in Glasgow and Manchester for either broadcast journalism or multimedia journalism, but recently I've been thinking and came to the conclusion that I'd like something else to learn, I mean journalism is something I'd really like to do, but I feel like having knowledge about another subject would be beneficial for job prospects.

I'm interested by anthropology as well as international relations / politics, but I can't seem to find any master degree which combines journalism and any of these two subjects, or even any other subject at all. Do you know if any joint master degree exist in the UK ?
