Why do you not have enough of a life to not be on TSR:

By the way, the title doesn't 'conclude' anything; there hasn't been any thought-out explanation leading to a conclusion. The title presents.

 i am pretty positive
that is small potatoes my friend. i work on trillion dollar contracts every day :yep:
Great banter, by "worked on" do you mean "printed out forms for deal" or "clean the offices where deals take place"

Your phrasing is too suspicious

i could, but then i would have to ... you know :yep:
Whoopidoo, 8 weeks of work experience. Most of the major deals take longer than 8 weeks to execute/complete.

My question is: why are you still talking about it?

due-dilligence, carrying our client requests, pitch books, financial modelling, drafting information memorandums, synergy modelling, eps accretion/dillution modelling (based of industry team assumptions), premium sensitivity analysis based on previous transactions share/cash mix. there was ocasional printing out stuff, like PIBs, but generally we have an off-site team that deals with information gathering.
Have you read "The art of thinking clearly"? If so, you're a fraud. If not, read it. Then you'll be a fraud anyway.

honesty is key, deals take 8 months+ to complete, especially when you're talking about the size and complexity of the transactions worked on at the large banks which could take years.
Eyyy, my g is on that IBD wave!

How many models and bottle sessions did you have? On a scale of 1-10, how fleeky were the free dinner orders? How many double spaces did you iron out? Did you ever get shafted with work by an MD?

Were you specialised m&a or general coverage?
