They really want to see something with your date of birth on. By all means you can take your sixth form pass in case you need to plead your case, but I really wouldn't rely on it. The cinema I used to live close to suggested that people photocopy their passports and bring that along, but I'm not sure if that would be accepted everywhere since it would be so easy to alter.
Can cinemas except a doctors note as Id I have a unlimited card to any ideas
