Non UK, EU citizen application through UCAS.

I am applying for university trough UCAS as a non-UK, EU citizen.
In the application form, there a certain sections that I cannot fill in. The "Education" section, requires me to fill in the School center name and Exam Center Number to proceed, but I can't as I live in Spain and have attended school in Spain.
What do I do?
Another question I have is; Do apply for student finance before having applied for a university?
The "Choices" section of the UCAS application, allows me up to five. Do each of these choices need their own statement (and if so, do you apply separately for every course/university)?
As a Spanish citizen, do I still need a Referee? If this is the case, how will he/she be contacted and verified if they do not speak English?

Put your Spanish school as the exam centre name.
Your application to SFE is separate to UCAS. You can go ahead and apply now.
