need help with 'uk three year residency information form'

I dont understand one question under address history which is 'why were you there?'
also i dont understand one part in evidence, the bit i am confused about is under the original paper bank statement it says 'must include the start of your course' i dont understand which course its talking about because if its talking about the university course then i havents started it yet please help.

Are you aware that it's five years now not three?

And for the "Why were you there?" its asking why you moved to the UK...Was it a parents job that you moved for?

You can't get student finance because you moved here for education. That's why they're asking.
