Liberal Arts at Freiburg or Economics at Boccconi

Hello everyone! I have an offer to study Economics at bocconi and Liberal Arts at Freiburg.
I have some queries.
1. Which is more academically demanding?
2. Which offers better career prospects?
3. Which has a better student life?
You'll get an idea of what will be taught from looking at the course structure online. The uni will also have info about living in the city and what it's like. The courses sound very different so pick the more interesting one that fits with your career plans.
The obvious question in what do you want to study, economics or liberal arts? The Freiburg course (and college) is very new and quite broad. There isn't much economics in the degree. Freiburg is free, located in a lovely city, has small class sizes and seems to be a fairly nurturing environment. I don't know much about Bocconi, but it seems to be the exact opposite.
