You shouldn't be choosing a firm choice at this point in the cycle....that decision should happen in April at the earliest.
It's not going to make much difference in terms of employability tbh, unless you plan on working abroad, in which case QM. I would choose the one whose course interests me the most, and the one where you'd most like to live
