Universities Applied to (to read Chemistry):
    Spoiler:
    Show

Oxford - Bit ambitious but I wanted to go for it anyway. Applied to Worcester because it is beautiful and the Admissions Tutor there is very nice indeed (although he supports Liverpool FC *boo hiss* )
Took TSA today - was a bit :erm: but hey ho - it's the first time they've run it for Chemistry and I gave it my best shot :dontknow:
So yeah - my application may not progress any further but lol

Durham - Offer - A*AA - St Hilde and St Bede :woo:

ICL - Interview on the 9th :woo: :hide: :afraid: - Excited and extremely nervous haha but it will be nice to go around the campus again! It's lovely and I adore their Chemistry course to bits :fan:

York - Had an interview - went very well indeed! They gave me some really positive feedback on the interview and gave me their lowest offer -> AAB :woo: This will definitely be a contender - I love York - the low offer is extremely nice too

Birmingham - Going to a visit day on the 16th - really excited! It will decide which out of Birmingham and York I make my insurance :yep: No offer just yet though :erm:

Offers: [I shall update this when necessary]

My aim is to, per week, revise a topic for an hour. (probably C3)
I won't be doing too much C1, maybe a past paper every now and then? :dontknow:
I missed the first lesson of C4 today because of the TSA so yeah, even more behind
Stuck on C grades, although I got my first B today Need to Grow that to an A! Allez Cheese! :danceboy:

    Chemistry
    Spoiler:
    Show

Really need to focus on Organic Chemistry! I just couldn't remember stuff last year! I've already started making PowerPoint synthesis diagrams, but that's not going to be sufficient! Tomorrow I'm going to be revising all of AS organic Chemistry in order to tackle some homework, particular grey areas I aim to highlight and do an hour of each week - like Maths!
I also want to make some revision leaflets for Chemistry, I hadn't the time last year - so why not?
I've chosen purple as opposed to the blue of physics

    Physics
    Spoiler:
    Show

Am tutoring an AS level student to help revise last year's content. It is helping a lot!
I made AS revision leaflets last year - they were great! I aim to make some more this year for A2 content - as well as some revision cards on AS topics I struggled with last year.
Each week I do some AS cards and then A2 notes.
    Woop - Physics

    EPQ
    Spoiler:
    Show

Having given it in, I am waiting for feedback. Already I know the formatting is wrong and have fixed that. Am collating more resources and have started to collect some images for the Presentation part.
I also aim to get my Dad to read it.
I want it completed to circa 5,000 words by January. Shall be hard. I want to do it though Get it over with
An A2 student from last year whom I am friends with recommended this :yy:

    Where I am currently at:
    Maths - B/C (behind a bit )
    Chemistry - B
    Physics - B
    EPQ - N/A

TLDR: Welcome to my weekly blog - I hope you enjoy it and I hope I can grow my grades to become the first Vegetable to gain a University place! :woo: :rave: :excited:

I'm now off to do some Physics revision - have a test on Thermal Physics tomorrow :woo: and to do some Chemistry homework - don't you just love Chirality?
