Whats the issue here?

Im 17 going on 18, 6ft 4inch tall, regularly go to the gym and keep fit. Have a wide range of hobbies and interests from playing football, cycling, fishing, shooting and cooking none of which i am embarrassed to tell people about as they make me the person I am. Yet pretty much all the guys in my year at school (upper sixth) who have very little to them as people other than getting pissed most weekends are no longer virgins and regularly pull and get female attention etc and I have never even kissed a girl let alone had a girlfriend. I used to be very shy with girls but have really tried to be open and chat with the women around me but the same girls always seem to go for my mates but not me? I have been told I am decent looking by girls but they always seem to leave it at that.
Why do girls seem to not want anything to do with me?

Because it's demoralising when you see all your mates getting interest, making progress and having success with girls and the same girls act like you are invisible
