Struggling to get a gurantor?
I have recently put a deposit down on a student house with some friends, for our second year at University, I have heard back that my guarantor wasn't suitable. My dad is disabled and my mum is his carer and they do not own the house they live in? What can I do? I've have looked online where you apply for a guarantor but prices start from £300 which is really expensive for a student.

Another relative is the best bet
Uncle? Aunt? Grandparents?
My uncle and aunty lived abroad till recently and the guarantor has got to have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and my grandad is also disabled and retired. No one else really to ask.
