28 in ib where in the uk could i apply for management

I scored 28 in my ib studies and didnt excell on the higher subjects (didnt fail anything but some 4s). Im not from uk, eu nor usa but a country in south america, and i wish to study in the uk so i was wondering to which college that provides management studies in the uk i could apply to or if there is a way that i could apply to a better college by taking an exam or courses that would allow me this (ucl is my dream)
