Are there any Economics with a French degrees which don't need an A level in French?

In yr9 I let bad classmates and a bad teacher destroy my best chance of learning another language. I'd really like to fix it at uni, but I'd like to go further than optional evening classes and hopefully have the language from scratch built into my degree. Are there any courses that do this? Not learning a language is the biggest regret of my life and with brexit I feel pretty desperate to have the flexibilty to live abroad.

thanks in advance.

Yes, but not many. I know you can take Economics and beginners French at Glasgow, Aberdeen, Liverpool and Royal Holloway. There may be others too, so you need to do some research.
