Kinda gutted I didn’t get an offer for Psychology cause I really liked Nottingham

Does anyone know how quickly the good accommodation fills up?? Specifically Broadgate Park
I'm fairly sure that I want to go to Nottingham next year but I'm going on an offer holder day on the 21st of March to make sure. The accommodation application opens on the 1st of March so I don't know whether to accept it as my firm before the offer holder day to make sure get into Broadgate park or to wait until I have been on the offer holder day.

How long do they usually take to respond? i only applied like a week ago for Philosophy but already getting stressed lol
