What can't you do aged 18?

I'm 18 tomorrow and looking forward to all the benefits of being an adult. What can't you do aged 18?

Adopt?
Supervise a learner driver?

They are the only things I can really think of - are there anymore?

be an mp? Not sure on that though
You can't stand for election
- get in to 21+ clubs
- drink in America (well, most states)
That is right. You cannot stand as an MP.

Drive a HGV (I think?).

-Do drugs.
-Kill someone.
-etc.

Also:
-Enter bars that are 20+ (I haven't seen any in England, but they're quite common in eg. Dublin and Helsinki)
Eat off the kids menu.
Fancy anyone younger than you or you'd be a paedophile :P
s someone ahs alluded to - being 18 also has its disadvantages in law - mainly being more culpable for crimes and mroe liekly to get a %%%%%%%%%%%%%%ing.

You can't supervise a learner driver unless you're 21+ and have had a licence for 3 years.

Am I the only person here who is thinking about the alcohol and cigarettes?!
You will have ID.
I still have to find a dodgey off-license that won't ID me.

Well you CAN drink and smoek at 18 - which kind of defeats the poitn of this thread  - however I think they are the 2 obvious things people know they can do at 18 anyway so probably no one is mentioning them for that reason.
18 is when you start regretting things. For example, it is really too late to start training for the olympics. It's too late to have "grown up" doing a martial art. You can't really ask your parents to buy you games etc without feeling a little awkward. You are almost out of 6th form and are effectively ending an era of your life (being spoon fed at school :'().

A few regrets I have heard, not necessarily my own.
