How does one plan to change religion, much less go from not believing to believing? Isn't it a more gradual process?

No one in my family is Sikh unfortunately. To be honest I haven't even told them. But they're caring parents so i know they wont mind aslong as it makes me happy

Haha. Probably because when i visited the gurdwara i just felt at peace and was happy. That is a good enough reason for me. I don't know much about the evidence side of things, to be honest, but if it makes you happy why not embrace it?
