Reading notes- making a revision set.
Making mind maps and timelines.
Flash cards.
Watching documentaries.
Mark schemes.

Btw not sure what you mean by context revision.

1 Its just understanding whats going on and how each bit affects others. People, causes and events.

2. If you mean in reference to source questions, then just a general knowledge of the above plus some common sense.
