Roughly how much clothing should I bring for phase 1?
Also I might be on my period during phase 1, so will i be forced to do the water activities???

For future views. You will never be forced to do anything you don't want to do or feel uncomfortable taking part in however your team will be there to support you and you will be strongly advised to have a go at everything.
