Will student finance pay for my second year again

Hello, I found out that i have to resit my second year, I have already switched courses after my first year, they have emailed me saying the wont pay for my second year resit, would they consider paying for my second year again and then not paying for my third year? Giving me a year to save money?

Hi

If you have already been advised by SFE that we are unable to fund your second year repeat, we are not able to switch the order of when we pay your funds. We will keep any remaining years of entitlement to cover your final year(s) to ensure you have funds in place to gain your qualification.
