I am thinking of applying for 2009 entry for Geography just wondered what are the sports facilities/ teams like at Sheffield standard wise, as sport is one the main things I want to get out of uni besides social/degree aspects :smile:

Depends what you want to play really. Overall there are pretty good facilities for most sports. I can only really comment on field hockey as thats what I play but the astro turf pitches here are ok and the club itself is very accessible.
