Closing Claim Universal Credit
I've been on UC for about 4 months now, its just that now i cant get to the appointments and attend them, i need to close my claim..
i called them but they rudely ended my call or told me to message my "case manager" which im so confused by...

Telephone: 0800 328 9344
Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm
You might need to go into your branch of JC+ and do it there. this is why having the number of your work coach helps.
If you have a signing on book it may contain details of closing your claim in that and you may be able to mail it in.
