Can I study a Physiotherapy course at uni by applying with BTEC Sport?

I was just wondering as I am current in the process of picking my A-Levels. I would like like to study Physiotherapy but my school do not not have the option of A-Level Sports Science. I would be likely to go forward with BTEC level 3 Sports. Will universities accept this??m

A science based btec would be more appropriate than sports science, many universities ask for biology or another science a level.
Yes I was thinking of maybe taking BTEC Sports along with Biology A level.

some universities accept btec extended diploma in sport and exercise science on its own. You need to check the universities you are thinking of studying at
