Is it normal to start liking someone after 3 dates or is that seen as crazy?

I’ve been in three dates with this boy and I slept with him at the end of the third. He said he’d definitely like to see me again in the new year but I’m so paranoid and anxious that he doesn’t. I don’t feel good enough! He hasn’t said whether he wants to be in a relationship with me! He’s a doctor so I don’t know if he wants the same thing. He assured me a million times he’s not just after sex but at the same time he hasn’t asked me to be his girlfriend! Am I overthinking??? When should he ask me to be his gf? Is it crazy if I text him saying I like him? Help please
